Currently we are only shipping to the continental US.
How much is shipping for orders?
All orders are shipped via Ground for free.

Yes! Your order will be shipped for free :o)
How long does it take you to ship the orders?
Typically these orders are fulfilled and shipped within 3 – 5 business days (Mon – Fri) of purchase date. An email with estimated delivery time and tracking information will be sent once the product is shipped.
How long does it take you to ship my Custom Jewelry?
Custom jewelry pieces take longer to produce, pack and ship since each piece is created to order. So in this case please allow 20 – 30 business days (Mon – Fri) for the production, fulfillment and shipment of your custom jewelry.
Can I get Expedited Deliver?
We currently do not offer expedited delivery of our products.
How can I use the promotional codes?
During checkout you will be prompted to enter your promo code. If for any reason the promo code does not work make sure you don’t have an old promo code. If you are still having issues please contact us: email@example.com
Can I use a promo code on an order I already placed?
Sorry we are not able to use promo codes on orders that are already processed.

At Sparkle Chest we offer both factory and handmade products which can have minor imperfections which cannot be returned as damaged. Like all things fragile please handle your product with care. Sparkle Chest does not guarantee stones won’t fall due to wear and tear. All items being returned must be unworn and with original packaging.
I bought my jewelry on sale can I return it?
All our SALE items are FINAL sale and cannot be returned.
Can I return / exchange my custom jewelry?
Unfortunately because the custom jewelry pieces are made-to-order specifically for you, these items are non-refundable. You do have 24 hours to make any changes from the time you place your order. If you would like to make any changes contact us within 24 hours of placing your order: firstname.lastname@example.org
My jewelry arrived defective, now what?
If the sparkle you got from us is defective when it arrives we will happily replace the piece free of charge to you. Get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the defective product: email@example.com
The jewelry wasn’t what I was expecting can I replace it?
Some of the jewelry has minor imperfections which is part of the charm, however with that said if the sparkle you received isn’t everything you were hoping for, it’s no problem! Pick a replacement within 14 days and we will send you the new piece ASAP. Please be aware that shipping costs may apply. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP so we can help you.
I just decided not to keep this one can I send it back?
We won’t take it personally, we promise! Just send us the piece back with original tags and invoice. Shipping costs may apply.

Taking care of your Jewelry
Like all things fragile please handle your product with care. Sparkle Chest does not guarantee stones won’t fall due to wear and tear. With that said read below for best ways to take care of your sparkles:
How do I take care of my Sparkles?
With every shipment we will include care instructions, but here they are in case you misplace them:
Keep it dry: Avoid contact with moisture including water, lotions, moisturizers, perfumes, alcohol etc. Put your jewelry on after you’ve worn lotions / perfumes etc.
Use proper storage: Use storage trays with dividers, display stands like earring holders, bracelet displays or ring displays etc to avoid tangling. Also, when traveling, pack using an organizer to avoid damage.
No prolonged Sunlight: Just like moisture, prolonged exposure to sunlight can damage your jewelry.
Clean it once in a while: Show your sparkles some love by cleaning them with cotton balls or soft tooth brush and a little bit of distilled water. Make sure to dry it completely and immediately after cleaning.
Give it a rest: Even your sparkles need a rest once in a while to limit wear & tear.

Why was my credit card Declined?
